ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Julie Pallesen, founder of This Way Movement, is a certified Pilates instructor trained in New York City, with over five years of teaching experience. She opened her own Pilates studio in Santa Teresa and is passionate about sharing the art of conscious movement. Her approach is rooted in creating connection – with the body, the breath, and the present moment. Julie's approach and method is rooted in Joseph Pilates vision and translated into her own modern modern method.
THE SETTING
Train in paradise. Our training will take place in a serene villa in Santa Teresa, offering an inspiring space to move, learn, and grow—just minutes from the beach. Between classes, enjoy the vibrant surf town energy, nourish your body with fresh local cuisine, and connect with a like-minded community.

Private Master Suite with ensuite bathroom: $6,000 or 4,200$ if sharing 2 people - 3 SPOTS

TRAVEL
Fly into San Jose or Liberia International Airport. From there you take a domestic flight to Cobano (about 20 min.) From San Jose or Liberia airport you can choose between flying to Cobano airport via either Sansa or Green Airways.Once you land in Cobano, a Taxi will drive you to Santa Teresa (about 20 min scenic drive) in which we will help coordinate.

We highly recommend you check Green Airways Or Sansa schedule before booking your main flight as you want to make sure when to book your internal flight. Feel free to reach out to Julie (hello@thiswaymovement.com) to help with coordinating.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pay $1,000 deposit to secure your spot on the trip which is nonrefundable. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 60 days before retreat begins.
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen events that might occur. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason. Failure to attend or completing the retreat will not result in a refund or credit.
