Pilates tower teacher training
8-10th December 2026
at This Way Movement Pilates Studio

A Refined Approach to Strength, Control & Vertical Movement
The Pilates Tower offers a unique relationship between support and resistance, creating a space where strength, mobility, and control can be explored with both depth and precision. Through the use of springs, vertical alignment, and guided feedback, it allows for a more supported yet highly effective approach to full-body integration.
This 18-hour Tower Teacher Training is designed for certified Pilates instructors who are ready to expand their teaching into apparatus work with greater confidence, clarity, and adaptability.
At This Way Movement, we approach the Tower through a combination of contemporary biomechanics and classical repertoire, creating a training that is both technically grounded and intuitively refined.
Training Overview
Total Hours: 18
• 18-hour in-person intensive (3 days)
• Practical teaching integration throughout the training
• Final supervised teaching assessment
This immersive format allows for deep understanding, repetition, and embodied learning

• Scapular support and connection
• Mobility with resistance
• Balanced strength and flexibility
